Ready to work up a sweat? Join us for a special 30-minute Zumba class with FPRA member Alayna Curry, APR, a licensed instructor for more than 8 years. If you’ve never tried it before, Zumba is a type of dance fitness that uses music from around the world to get you moving. It’s easy to follow for people of any fitness level, as all the moves can be modified to your comfort. Come dressed in workout clothes and don’t forget your water and a sweat towel!
