FPRA’s 81st Annual Conference "We Are FPRA: PRoactive. PRincipled. PRofessionals." is a four-day conference of unparalleled professional development and networking for public relations professionals.

Tim Walsh is a professional speaker, author, game designer and filmmaker. As an advocate of play, Tim is out to prove play is a means through which we find our passion, pique curiosity, encourage problem-solving, spark creativity and promote intrinsic motivation. A 28-year veteran of the toy industry, Tim began his toy career at Patch Products (now PlayMonster) as its VP of product development and marketing. He was instrumental in taking that company from $3 million in sales to more than $23 million in just seven years. Games he designed and co-designed have sold more than 7 million copies in 13 countries and include the games TriBond, Blurt, Mad Gab, Link ‘Em and many others. He’s appeared on numerous TV and radio shows including CBS’s "The Early Show," NPR’s "All Things Considered," BBC’s "Top 100 Toys," CNBC’s "The Big Idea" and more. In 2010, Tim co-produced the film "Toyland," by director Ken Sons. The film won best documentary awards at three U.S. film festivals. In 2016, he co-produced and co-directed "OPERATION: Operation The Power of Play" with Peggy Brown, which won best film at the 2017 Naperville Independent Film Festival.
